Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CreateMyApp.in, we value your trust and aim to provide complete clarity regarding your purchases, cancellations, and refunds. Please read the policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing the order and no development work has started, a full cancellation is allowed with 100% refund.
• If development has already begun, cancellation is still possible but partial charges will be deducted based on the work completed.
• Cancellation after full project delivery will not be accepted.

2. Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

If a refund request is raised within 7 days of placing the order and a valid reason is provided (like change in requirement or project misunderstanding), we will provide a 100% refund if significant work hasn’t begun.

3. Partial Refund (If Work Started)

If the project is already under development, the refund amount will be calculated based on the completed stages. For example, if 30% work is done, only the remaining 70% amount will be refunded.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Project is fully delivered.
• Client is non-responsive for more than 10 days after starting the project.
• Violation of terms and misuse of services.

5. Refund Process

To initiate a refund or cancellation, email us at info@createmyapp.in with your order ID and full details. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.

6. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank, etc.) within 5-7 working days.
